Once upon a time there were two little girls riding a horse through the desert sagebrush in south-central Washington state.
Time raced forward through school, college, 10 children, 27 grandchildren, careers, life and death.
And here we are today. A retired nurse and a semi-retired massage therapist. The kids are grown. The grandkids are launching into life.
We are single together.
We’re crashing into our 70s and have decided to begin another chapter in our lives. We aren’t letting the number of candles on our birthday cake dictate specific behaviors for us.
We invite you to help us define what “aging gracefully” means. Since we’ve never done anything gracefully, this should be fun.
Won’t you join us for the ride. We can use all the help we can get. And maybe we can share something with you that might give you a new perspective on what getting older means.
Go ahead and check out our BLOG! We’re amazing. (Someone told us that once. Let us know what you think).
Onward and upward.
